When government decides to change the way a critical piece of the health care system operates, the plan better be good. In the case of paramedics in Alberta, the union felt a plan to centralize ambulance services would lead to crisis. So the paramedics decided to launch a PR campaign to try and influence the decision makers.
Kicker was contacted thanks to our deep media experience and connections. We produced two spots to raise awareness of the paramedics fight. Both commercials were shot over 2 days and nights. This piece featured 3 actors re-creating a true story where a paramedic saved the daughters life.
Kicker also wrote all media releases, staged press conferences across the province and bought all the commercial airtime for the client. An integrated approach is a faster route to success.
